Don't waste your money. If it did work you would see different results with different engines. I selected 4 different makes and models to see if they had different results but nope. I bet this is a resistor hooked up to a potentiometer.

 

It seems kinda sketchy man... just by the design alone it doesn't look too promising! I'm would still like to know if it actually works. Anyone wanna shell out $80 to try it? Hopefully it wouldn't do anything to your ECU.
