No way. Laguna Honda is only about 10 min away from where i live. I love the drive up from O'Shaugnessy Blvd with all the twist and turns. Enjoy your stay in the city and have a safe trip home.

nope. sometimes these things take a looonng time. its just the way it is. i knew it going in to this that it'd be several month.s

 

good thing its winter lol. got the 07 conversion in the works but waiting for the lip so i have perfectly fresh matched paint

 

so whats in store for the rear 07 bumpers... i think something along the lines of the 97-99 rear stillen skirts would def look good. [=

 

yeah,.. i'm kinda disappointed on how long it's taking also but perfection needs patience.

 

i ws really trying to think of how to make a lip or something for the rear. but i really really like the centered textured area on the bumper, so id want it to look like that. maybe just lower, kind of like the 06-08 camrys with the ground effects kit.

I just hope were not celebrating the 1 year anniversary of this lip in a couple months. I understand it's a big process and what not, all we can do is wait.

Not really, I've been in the custom industry for about 15 years and I know how things like these get done. A lip should not take more then few months, from start to finish. Hope no one got burned here.

yeah thats made by sarona... not bad IMO. might just hop on that! never found the front sold seperatly because its a whole kit. good to know!!!

And guys be patient, these things do take time especially when it's not Edgar's full time job. Just trying to help out the community. And the guys that are doing the lip are awesome, they didi all the prep/paint for my bumper and it turned out amazing!

 

Ill wait for Edgar's lip.. that sarona 1 looks ugly imo.. I've seen it on 2 6.5gens before and wondered where they got it from cause I thought edgar's was the only 1 being made.. but regardless.. that 1 is ugly

At least we have options, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I actually like the sarona one and I think Edgar's is nice too. I just like options.

Also the rate of speed on Edgar's lip and the intake thats being made it will be 2011 til we see it, lmao But i guess patience is a virtue

if i remember correctly this is made specifially for the 07-08 because we 6.5er's didnt have many options on lips and kits

It is but you can make it fit the 04-06 too with small adjustments. Well, I could.

 

Hey dont worry folksn i think the lip will finish by the end of this month. We just finished the holiday season which means Edgar was occupied with his personal life and he also mentioned about working out of town. It will be done soon which gives me time to drop on teins and hit up the sierra.
