might be some work involved but anythings possible.

 

Personally I don't like how the Mugen lip attaches to the front at all, especially btw. the fogs. I know I haven't seen it fully installed but I definitly want the original lip! Anyone know anything about the original lip....besides that it's taking forever lol?

I spoke to Edgar last week & he had said the fact that he has been away from home for 3 months is 1 thing but also the company where the lip is sitting @ has tried to change the prices on him.. they are trying to double the price for the molding & almost tripling the price for each part so thats another set back. He's trying his best but to be completely honest in my personal opinion.. ill say just forget about this mod for some time until its just about done...

I wonder if the 2008 Stillen Altima lip could be modified to fit????? I know the polyurethane on those stillen lips is VERY forgiving....just a thought....

 

ill look into it now. i believe the se-r 06 bumpers are more built like our 07s.. ill check it out

Yea but I think that dudes long gone. I hope I'm wrong but i imagine word has gotten back to him about the new lip being developed and I think he would have made his move and came on here if he was gonna.

 

Does anyone here know how to get a hold of Edgar? I feel he owes us at least an explanation of what's going on. Maybe he can get the prototype to the other guy that offered to make the lips in San Diego.

we deserve an explanation, or a refund!!!

 

Im getting ready to sell my position since we are getting absolutely no word on this dead end project. Why not terminate this project and refund so that we can perhaps join the deal on the other lip.

Dont get me wrong i highly respect Edgar for all the work and effort he had put in but some of us just want to move on. We dont want to wait 2 years for a lip and have our money just sit there.

The lip is with the manufacturer, I had to buy another 07 front bumper to be able to finish up the upper edge since it ended up been to round and a gap was somewhat noticeable, I'm dropping off the new bumper today with them, so they can finish the lip, reason why I had to buy a new bumper is because the first one was cut up to start working on the 07 hybrid for the 04-06s. which should still come out right after the lip.
