Front Motor Mount - Finally Fixed

Well, I broke down and ordered a front motor mount from eBay. Unit arrived today and I decided to start the install. Well, for starters, the unit is not as wide as OEM (used spacers).. 3 Hours later, Thank God I got this fixed. Back to the nice smooth launch..

How do you know if the motor mount is broken? Can some one post pics or links to a previous thread that discussed this. I checked with not much success.
Thanx
Rick

My mount was trashed to pieces. I have a 6mt, so I had to be extra careful with clutch release or else I would hear a loud thump. Now that it's fixed, I release the clutch like an old lady (not riding it).. The front motor mount that was changed is located just at the back bottom of the radiator. I noticed that the rubber insert looked as if Edward Scissor hands had worked his magic on it.

Okay..cool. Thanks. I looked through the Service Manual but had no luck in finding it. Just looking to do a visual inspection to make sure everything is good to go.

Loud thump? This sparked my interest. I notice on hard launches a thump sound. I always thought it was a CV boot going bad but the "cv boot test" (driving in circles) always passes. I wonder..... Hmmmm.....
