Not sure UD pulleys actually do anything. I went with the lightweight pulley. Cosmo makes a low cost UD pulley that Unorthodox Racing.

My recommedation is go with CAI first if you don't have one.

-> totally agree with you Apollos - Cosmo is much cheaper than the UR one. I got mine as a gift so not sure what price is on one...
If you chose a CAI - Fujita FTW

Ive been to their shop personally seems like a well made piece. IF your going to go with a pulley its the only one you should get.

* Get what you pay for.

^^^ Does that mean Made in the USA? If so then all the better. I don't think anyone has had issues with the Cosmo pulley but to me that is a pretty serious piece and you dont want anything going wrong with it.

dude first your on a CVT tranny, say good bye to that. Cause that will NOT last long with the extra stress your doing to put on it.

and you think your going to make 385 whp ( which I dont know how you got that figure ) on ONLY 6PSI ?

good luck

cattman sells headers, y-pipes and catback systems - www.cattman.com

Kinetix sells intake manifolds although some say there is no increase in power.

technosquare reflashes your ECU and it should be done after your mods are installed www.technosquareinc.com

i dont have 1.5k to drop on STS... i have seen it before my friend said to look into it... if i were to get one i would probably go with the twin turbo anyway because its a lower net price and its alot more powerful... would the tranny still hold stock if i were to throw that on?

go do your thing

Call www.atfspeed.com and ask them how many CVTs are breaking down with the added power.

Oh Twin STS ? thought about that , been there , and ran into issues already with that. I already looked over my options in 2006 ,3 years later right ,2 blown trannys and 15 years of experenice.

But hey if you got the cash then anything can happen , rwd 600 hp A34

But hey what do I know right

I have the Stillen UD pulley and no problems with it whatsoever...I notice the car accelerates alot faster. Stillen also sells the belts that you will need with the smaller pulley. My mechanic only used one because he said the other belt was too small and the one belt is just fine....he just adjusted the tension. No problems....People just say all kinds of things about this ruining the car bla bla bla....plenty of people here have no problems with UD pulleys....IF THE ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY!

They say get smaller belts, I did get the Gates from Napa, but when my Mechanic installed it he said I could of used the OEM belts, and just adjusted the Tension on the belts...

If you get the lightweight pulley - OEM belts are fine.

If you get the Under Drive - Get smaller belts. (it's not that expensive)

Stock vs UD

Ralco UD with belts, I think actually only needed one.

OEM size lightweight pulley (Unorthodox Racing)

The Heavyweight:

Stock size UR installed:

Did your Ralco pulley have a bent nub (I believe they're used for aligning the timing?). Out of the 4 nubs one of them are bent, the one that's bent is right next to the other nub, not sure if that's supposed to be like that.

My stock pulley is falling off and need to replace it.. Just got my Ralco pulley, need to know if there's anything else I need to replace my pulley. I read something about a rubber piece within the pulley, if that gets torn up the pulley gets loose and wobbles which is what my current pulley is doing.. is there some sort of rubber piece I need to purchase separately from the Ralco pulley in order to do a complete install?

This is what my new Ralco pulley looks like.. came just like this nothing else with it and also the bent nub:
