Maybe Trans Problem?

my 07 cvt seems to not have much roll. for example when i come to a complete stop and i let go of the brakes it will roll forward very very slowly or just wont move at all. On a steeper hill it would roll back alittle which i would need to gas it. Is this normal for a cvt transmission, im not sure if it has a slave cylinder? ~thanks

Yeah, mine does the same thing. They only time that it will roll quick is when I have just started it up and the revs are up to get the engine to operating temperature.

Mine has acted the same for 2 1/2 years since new. 28k miles of spirited driving and no problems.

MIne is still same way. After 14 months and 33k, car is as good as new.

Hey, by the DalastDON, I think me and you got same colored Max SE. Nice ride, right? I don't know if you have backup sensors, though. Hey, my ride is a head-turner! People just have to look.

Don't know if it's the same trans buy my gf has an 08 altima 2.5 with the cvt and it shutters/hesitates at about 25-35 dealer said it was normal and it was just the belts tightening up but if it gets worse bring it back. LOL sounds like a load of crap to me. anybody know if this shuttering is normal or indicative of a future problem?
