GPS update...

I apologize in advance having looked and been unable to find a post regarding this topic. Anyway, I have a 04' maxima and have never updated the GPS. If I upgrade from the original 04' dvd to the 09'-10' dvd (v6.8) is there any difference in the graphics/operating system or is it just new streets, etc. that have been added? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I got some offer for $175 upgrade or something.
probably worthless since maps don't change that often.
unless u r a delivery driver or cab driver, it probably doesn't make sense

I would disagree with Maxout, maps change very often, wiht expansion of roads and new construction being built everywhere, streets change. Look at Florida they are building new subdivisions every day. I travel for work so i am always in a different state and it helps to get your maps updated all the time. Even if you got mapdata only, it helps

OP you said yours is an 04 and never changed and its now 2010. YOU NEED THAT UPDATE
