So my 00 might be getting traded in for a Murano and in turn i take Moms 04 SL... thinking about doing a couple things.... I have been checking out Cardomain and I see some of you have moved the info screen down too the cubby hole and added in a navi screen in the dash and another screen up top. My questions is how hard is it to do that. and also how did you change the info screen blue.. I have a radio setup in my 00 and i like it with the bluetooth, USB and Ipod i just brought and i want to keep.. also i wanted to change the front bumper to an 07 style to get the fog lights in the bumper instead of having them in the headlights.. so just trying to get some ideas on what i need to be doing or how hard this change over will be...

the info screen thing is extremely easy, there are a couple threads on that here somewhere, and not really sure why you are still "thinking about it". Sounds to me like an awesome deal unless you have to pay for it? I would check craigslist for oem parts to put back on the 00 and take the mods/audio out and either keep or sell for some extra cash towards the new max. many post on here about all you mentioned doing. When you are ready let us know and we will help where we can. Audio install is cake unless you have a newer headunit and want to bypass and integrate things. Most situations have been addressed and figured out. I just got a new doubledin and find myself once again diving into the manuals and wiring diagrams trying to figure out how to have video all the time and use the rear camera for another video input sourse. trust me sounds easy but really a pain. I will be starting a thread this week with pics of my install so maybe that will help give you an idea. The blue led mod, get in line. Still waiting for the greedy modders to spill the details. Been waiting for about two years.

i'm thinking because first got to wait to see what Moms going to do with her new car. and i wanted to pass out on the 04 and jump to the 09 by my birthday 5/5. but i found this junk yard with a 00 gle so i been pulling off parts to make the car look better b4 i trade it. the 04 sl is fully loaded with out a navi... but after driving a 09 S made me want to trade to the CVT with the manual mode... 04's didnt have the cvt its a 4 speed or 5 speed auto.. the manual mode in the 09 is fun. but if she gives it to me then i might hold off on the 09 plus waiting to hear back from this job because that will affect my decision also..
