How hard is to install cams in 6th gen?

How hard is to install cams in 6th gen?
I'm going to install jwt cams in maxima 2004 n my buddy was wondering how difficult is to install cams in our car. N how long can is take is it side in or bolt in?

I understand it to be difficult - about 10 hours. The engine has to be raised to clear the passenger fender well.
