Bi-Xenon AIMING ISSUE

ok everyone...so first and foremost i know that there are threads on Aiming headlights for the 6th Gen Max. I get that. But I think my issue is different here. I'll see what you guys have to say...

I did the entire Halogen to Xenon HID Conversion over the weekend....longest process of my life but it came out great and they work. Big Relief.

Now my next problem is aiming these headlights down a little bit so they stop blinding people. So I took it to the STEALERship yesterday because I just didn't have the time this week to go under the hood. They said they adjusted the lights for me. What a bunch of garbage in my opinion as the lights still don't look right to me.

Here's the issue....when a car is 8 feet (rounding) or less in front of me, there is a CLEAR CUT Line that does not go into the driver's eyes...it cuts off right at their trunk (if i'm behind lets say a honda accord or comparable sedan). HOWEVER....once they pull ahead like 15 - 20 Feet +, my lights suddenly grow and you see the cut off line on like an overpass sign 30-50 feet down the road.

So CLEARLY the STEALERship did not make the adjustment...or did they and my lights are just not in correctly? I can't tell. Maybe you guys that have installed this mod can tell me what i did wrong or what I need to do?? Thanks
