111,374 miles. Just had transmission rebuilt at 111,124 and 3rd to 4th takes a little too long to shift now. AAMCO said take it back after 10 days and I read something about the ECM needing to get its memory back so give it 500 miles. Is this normal breaking in or do I need to leave it at AAMCO?

On original tranny.

Replaced 2 ignition coils, starter, both Axles, Knock Sensor (and brakes, rotors, spark plugs, oil filters multiple times).

Oops - wrong forum. I am a 4th Gen fella.

105411 here.

Need to put some new struts and rotors on. Has anyone else put their own struts on? Only done normal shocks on my other cars. Also have a fuel smell coming from the engine compartment every so often. Think it may be the EVAP. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.

Just hit 100k yesterday.

Already on my second trans, had timing chains and guides done at like 85k (warranty), had one rear spring replaced (again, warranty), a fuel pump replaced (thats cause I unplugged the computer and turned the ignition on, but hey it was warranty!), had most of the front of the exhaust just after the manifold replaced (warranty), and thats about it.

I just ripped off my chrome roof strips and just finished painting the right side one wrinkle black, should come out pretty good. I really need to drop this thing, I cant stand the airplane taking off look anymore.

135,000+ and counting daily! Nevermind the timing tensioner issue... I extracted the problem and replaced it with another engine.

99500.................not to much longer.

So far we have: installed the transgo kit, several wheel bearing replacements, two sets of brakes - needs the third, several sets of tires, and one a/c line. Hopefully we will get alot more trouble free miles out of it.

106K Drive Belts replaced
116K Tune up

131K High Pressure power steering Hose
149K New Radiator and I changed the Top Hose
159K Catlytic Converter Bank 1

She rides like a champ still but, now my Oil cooler is starting to leak, the oil pan is leaking and the inner CV joints are leaking grease.

100,000 Miles

I am happy to say I just crossed the 100,000 mile mark and no major issues, tranny is good, has a hiccup once in awhile but the engine is sound. Just had the plugs replaced and a coolant flush, just has a rough idle.... dont know what to do. I hope to get another 150,000 mile from her.

161,000 kms

Just reached 100,000 miles (161,000 kms) the other day! Second transmission...this one is has toughed 36k miles just under 60k Kms.
Had to change the transmission fluid return hose and the coolant line as both connectors were severely rusted out!

Did only 5K kms this winter so far....really low since November. Next oil change will be the spring one. Every spring it's a real huge job to clean this car inside and out but man it looks great...right out of the showroom still! Better last a year more till the new 8th Gen Maxima! By then I'll be ready to change again.
