Progress springs - need some input

Hey gents,

So I am in the process of acquiring the Progress springs. I think one of the biggest factors is that the springs are at the same quality level as Eibach but with Justin's price, they are about $80 cheaper (which comes in handy when you have a new baby on the way).

So, my issue is that I am not sure if I should just grab the springs or should I go with the KYB GR2's as well. I am not in the mood of shelling out another $250 on them right away.

Will I be able to utilize the Progress springs w/o the KYB GR2's or is that a bad idea and I should go with the full set-up; Progress and the KYB's ?

Any input is greatly appreciated,

My advice is to get new struts/shocks when you lower. I know you on a budget but it's the right way of doing it. Progress will be bouncier then Eibach from hat I hear. I have Eibach paired with KYB GR-2 and the ride is great. I know where you can get KYB GR2s for 185 shipped if interested. The stock shocks are probably pretty old and now you lower it, the life of them wont be long before you have to take everything apart and start over with new struts/shocks. Just do it right from the beginning. This is my input.

Progress/KYB will be a stiffer ride. I'd just save up so you can get some shocks/struts as well. If you found a good deal for the springs, jump on them, and just wait until you can get the KYBs later down the road.
