car wont start after engine swap!

Im sure Im jumping the gun with this ...I tried starting the max today after finishing the engine install and wont start...it fired for a split second a couple of times then backfired once a little later. It didnt help that my nitrous fuel tap kept popping off between the fuel delivery line. I was thinking maybe I got some crap in my fuel line and it might have clogged injectors?(it was disconnected for the swap. The crank turns and turns..it almost seems like it didnt have enough fuel for a split second ...then after it sputtered a little it seemed like it was almost flooded...not sure if injector spray is messed up or what. DOes anybody have ay suggestions.

Disconnect the nitrous. Pull all the injectors and clean them out. Make sure your your plugs are connected correctly and that the MAF sensor is clean. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

now I realized I am not gettting any spark....new plugs..swapped coils for spares that I have....I was thinking maybe crank position sensor? I swapped both cam position sensors...the housing where the trans and block bolt up are offset by about a quarter of an inch for the hole where the crank pos sensor goes...Im wondering if I should grind down the engine side to match the original trans side...I saw a thread or this but the person didnt have to do anything to his housing.
