SES On but No Codes

Ok Guys need some help here.

My SES light came on the other day. I brought it to AutoZone and they said there are no codes coming up. Have an 04 SE with 60k. Any idea what is happening. I checked my fuel cap 3 times already and all the basic diagnostic stuff. Still on.

Disconnect your battery tonight and hook it back up in the morning. Then go for a drive and see what you get.

for those situations, I would take it to Nissan and have them pull the code. More than likely it is a transmission code. Typically they don't show up in the code readers that are not specific to the car. Consult tool is probably needed for this one. Find out what the code means and post before Nissan works on it. Could save you lots of money.
