E-Brake too soft

Hey guys, the issue im having is that i have to pull up the ebrake handle real high for the car to stop rolling back, even then when its pulled up, it rolls back a bit the stops. ive tightened the 10mm nut a couple of times but it seems i have to pull it up too much than needed.

put the nut back to where it was originally and take it to you mechanic and have them adjust the parking brake shoes inside the center of the rotor. that will fix the problem. should be able to stop make the car stop rolling back with about 4 clicks of the E brake
