Need part numbers for timing chain tensioner fix

I have a 2005 Max SE. Can anyone give me the part numbers for the parts necessary for fixing worn timing chain tensioners? I don't wish to purchase any parts I don't really need I don't think I'll need to do the timing chains. Thanks.

Dave

That's WAY TOO long of a thread!

Actually it would be nice to get the numbers on this thread.
Also I would like to know if these parts have been upgraded or if these are the same as when the cars came off the factory.
