Squeak or Rub when Hitting Bumps

EDIT: I apologize it is not a squeak, more of a dull sounding rub that was not there a few weeks ago. If i could write out what it sounds like it would be "mmmmaahhhhhhhhhhhhh" kind of.
Should I make a video to record the sound?

Hey everyone, I have stock rims/tires/suspension, when I pull into my driveway recently, I hear a rubbing like some part of the suspension has lost its lubrication. I hear it in the front and rear left tire since I have to turn right to enter my driveway all the time.

I'm quite a suspension noob and I was wondering what parts should be lubricated, I live in Oklahoma and the weather is blistering cold some days but it for sure is a very dusty state, and I live in Norman, not in a ghost town!

If anyone can point out in some pics as to what I should lubricate from time to time that would be cool. Also, if someone could rec. a long lasting or well known good grease that I should buy that would be sweet too, thanks guys.

Its a horrible sounding sound, like my car is going to fall apart or something, not cool. :\

I came across this thread,
http://forums.maxima.org/6th-generat...uspension.html

I cant really say its a popping sound, its more of a rackety old suspension sounding sound. However, when I do turn my wheel all the way in one direction I do hear a clunk, but I thought that was normal since you were maxing out the steering wheel, lol.
I drove the max hardcore when i first got it, hardcore meaning like a foolish idiot which I now regret. Is the verdict the Strut mount and bearing? I hear it in the back left tire also though.

If you are hearing it in the back, it wouldn't be a strut mount. End links maybe?

Me too...

I appear to have the same problem as well. When I looked under my car I noticed some loose plastic pieces but I do not want to diagnose the problem and blame them quite yet. I am going to get new Monroe shocks and struts in the coming months and I have a feeling that will fix the problem. If you car is over or close to 100K miles and you live in an area of bumps or there are speed bumps at your workplace/school then the shocks and struts probably wore out. Especially if you take speed bumps fast, that is terrible for suspensions.
