HIDS too dim?

I changed my HID bulbs with OEM ones cause I though that afer 7 years they became dimmer.

it seems to me like my headlamps are still way too dim for HIDS. what could be the cause? peeled off reflectors??? I looked at my fogs reflectors and I noticed they are all peeled. maybe the main beams reflectors are bad?

Anyone looked into that? Any fix? have em re-chromed or anything????

Thx

Are you running a big sound system? How is your alternator? Are you using a relay to power you HIDs? If not, try running your HIDs off a relay from your battery. That way they will get all the power they need.

our stock projectors seem to fail in comparison with other makes. my HID fogs and headlights are easily washed out by my friend's M3 headlights.

changing out the fresnel lens to a clear one will help a bit though.

hello all, I have 2004 max se and I have OE halogen headlights. I would like to improve me night vision without upgrading to HID. Are there any brighter bulbs I can buy for improved lighting. I checked the manual and Nissan says the replacement bulb # 9012. I haven't found a site that carries that number. I saw alot of 9006. Basically i want to keep everything factory. Please help!

Check out PIAA bulbs, or Sylvania Silverstars.
