Check this out.

I am tired and i want to do something about it ,. well i have and 04 maxima and my steering wheel is getting a brown spots , on the passenger side sits where the airbag go the same i add it some pictures so you can see , i want to know if there any way to fix, paint something




P.S i try to clean it and is not dirt

Mine has started to do the same thing from my wedding ring. I used leather cleaner and it cleared right up. Looks like you put off cleaning it too long...

seems like the leather on the steering is fading ?

i had similar spots but used some leather cleaner and it worked.

Yeah man I got the car like that and when I try to leather clean it nothing happen, the color fade mannnn

Im having that issue too but the leather cleaner didn't work for me. I suppose I waitied too long. I'm planning on getting a 6.5 gen steering wheel to replace it. BTW, can you replace a steering yourself or do you need to bring it to a shop?

I dont think is that complicated to do.....I know the hard part is to get the cover for the horn/airbag cause there is two springs and to get the actual steering wheel from base part...... Send a pm to chulo I think he got this done......
