I have the same two codes popping up and am having trouble fixing it also. I have VIAS block plate and replaced o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1. The code should be for the oxygen sensor in the exhaust manifold back side of engine (along firewall)

Both codes have been showing since before the blockplate

I would start with the VIAS P1800 first. That can cause both codes. Here is a pdf that might help http://www.mediafire.com/?a02bp30hfgedeis < this is of the engine control, should help.
