Hacked an 07 grill lately??

Im all set to mod my grill. I got some nice steel with a sweet pattern of small circles on it for the inset anf an old flash back nissan badge. Has anyone customized the original grill, and if so how did it go?? I've got a few here on the post. Check out the whole pic album at

Looks pretty good so far but I gotta agree that you should chop off the remaining part on the sides of it.

I didn't go the nismo route, since I don't plan to get ant high priced nismo parts anytime soon..

Allright, but the grill is on its way... I did a test run with paint last night to see the high and low spots on my virgin fiberglass work, stuck it in the car and then took it out again to re-sand the high spots. Also i am still trying to figure out a way to attach the grill to the actual grill housing...

Couple new photos of the fiber glass work....

Will get more pics when i get my camera back.

Yeah, this will become like the other threads on the top. They all have "sticky" tags on them which means they are permanent, easy to access, and won't fade away with time. Basically outlining important step by step directions to mods or information.

Anyways, it's easy to post pics. Just copy/paste the IMG code (it'll be on the bottom. Below HTML code, you'll see it) from photobucket into the message box and submit your post. All the pics will show up on this thread like the others you have seen.

Nice. I think the new TL got some inspiration from the 6 gen grille.

You should, it would help out new members that aren't trying to spend a lot on a grille but still add a custom look to their ride.

Raz it looks like you did it the same way I did. His looks more set back, almost like the c-mod.
