Trouble with 6.5 gen

The car shakes every 30seconds or so
Rpms jump from 750ish to 500 too 1100
When your on the highway it hesitates at around 4 and a half rpms
We have a fujita CAI and that's the only mods
The radiator shakes along with the motor when we top the hood ,tried resetting the battery and unplugging the maf nothing, throttle body is clean etc
Any input would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Would the motor mounts cause a change in the rpms?

If the car in your sig is your car, then it's a 6th gen, not a 6.5.

what everyone else said, vaccume leak OR MAF, and broken motor mounts.

if you have broken motor mounts you need to get them replaced asap.. depending on which one, you could have a SERIOUS mishap. ie, the lower right motor mount will cause your radiator to come lose and drop and depending on how fast your going or how high the bump is it will literally rip it out from your car and **** up everything along the way. you basically limping your max everywhere it goes right now...
