Help 06 max brakes stuck

So i just changed the rear brake pads and rotors out on my maxima last night. Backed it into the garage (10 feet) and parked overnight. This morning i took it out for a ride, but before i left the house, i pulled the e brake handle up, put the car in neutral ensuring the ebrake worked. released the e brake and took the car out to bed in the new pads and rotors. parked the car in the driveway pulled the ebrake up and left it there for 45-60 minutes. got back in the car and released the ebrake, put the car in drive.....and nothing it feels like i still have the brake one...no movement at all except for maybe an inch thats it!!!!

help.
Thanks again

well, never apply the ebrake after heating your rotors alot..... or this happens.

Do I need to tell you to remove the rear rotors and have a look at your brake shoes ?

I hate when someone starts a thread and never follows through with the conclusion, so here is my conclusion:
really thought the same as Kryogen stated, all though thinking back to what i did i remembered that the outside of the rotors were painted black (ordered rear rotors and pads from Alien performance through the group buy on here) but the inside hub was painted black as well.
What happens when a painted surface heats up...paint becomes like paste!!!!
so i had to take the whole thing apart again...bang on the rotor hub to unstuck. sanded as much of the paint as i could...(who paints the metal portion that makes contact to a brake pad...I should have cought that that part is bad on alien) ...but sanded some paint off the inner hub and a little off the shoe turned the tension screw one full cycle checked and rechecked ebrake on ebrake off everything works....reassemble (did this on both rears hubs) brakes work great no need for parking brake thats just overkill for me.
