Those who are having ABS issues Look here

I sold my 04 max after spending alot of money playing with it. b4 i sold, i had to fix the abs problem which was major. Anything you can mention, i had it with ABS. i was sick of it. Dealer adivse me to change sensor + Hub + Cap + the Abs module. there is no way i would do that.. that is why i sold it.

So what exactly are you achieving by grinding that notch on the spindle?

That is only useful b4 your ABS module dies. It's just NTB07-016b in pictures.
You may still require a new ABS module and/or sensor.
