Don't know why you'd want to use a clutch from anothe car.It won't perform any different and you might have problems.Exedy makes stage 1 clutches for our specific make/model.

Infiniti and 350Z carry different transmission anyways. The altimas are almost identcal and most parts will fit on the maxima

Because the Z platform has more aftermarket companies to support them , it will perform better if you get a triple disc or ceraminc disc , ETC.

Yes you can use the 350z Clutch but must use the FWD throwout beating.

wow... just

Did I mention that this reply made me

Let me guess, the 6MT from a 03 maxima won't bolt up to a 99 VQ30DE right? Cause it's from a different car and all.... Even a different motor too!

Hell no chance in hell I'd be able to use the Sentra transmission either...

... Oh wait...

It hits the bellhousing, takes two seconds to clearance the tranny with a grinder. Also, if you attempt to use a z flywheel you will need to grind off the locating dowel so that you can clock it to that appropriate position.

Just make sure you don't get a disc with a sprung hub if you are still running a dual mass flywheel, otherwise the double sprung actually will be kinda ****ty.

Also, I did some pressure plate searching around our warehouse...

Early Z's have the big@$$ pressure plate that causes the issues that I've been seeing with some people having it hit the bellhousing.

Later 04-05s have the correct sized PP which can go in the car with no problem.

I'll get some pictures @ Lunch time to illustrate...
