I'm at 214K. What ya'll drive like a few km a day and park the car during the winter or something. I guess you might want to change your spark plugs, PCV valve, do your regular oil changes, replace filter, coolant flush, brake flush, tranny flush if you really in that zone but you should be good with just the first few

When are most of you replacing the water pump, tensioner, idler if at all? I know the timing chain is good for a while.

At 100k I would also replace the 2 drive belts

I think there is a little plastic bracket associated with the timing chain that causes all that noise. I have searched "timing chain" on here and read about it in the past.

I did not replace my plugs until 120 K miles because my gas mileage was about the same as it had been at 50 K miles. It stilll did not get bad at 120 K, but I thought I had pushed them far enough. See the spart plug thread here for more of my experience with them.

All of the above suggestions are good. The one thing that has been left out of the lists above are the large hoses connecting the radiator to the engine. I replaced mine when I changed antifreeze. The thread on that replacement in the "Fluids and Liquids" section of this site is helpful for that antifreeze replacement. I bought Toyota antifreeze here cheaper than the Nissan brand was going for and used that - is should be Jap antifreeze, per that thread.

Good luck.

I'm about 2,500 from hitting 100k, change all the regulars, filters and fluids.
