Rough idle and sometimes hard to start

The idle on my car fluctuates up and down a couple hundred rpm. I drove to the store today and turned the car off, went in then came back out. Went to start the car and it just cranked for awhile then finally started.

I'm thinking it could be the maf or injectors.

I replaced the injectors with 5.5 gen ones probably 10,000 miles ago and that fixed a rough idle problem for me before, but the car would start everytime when that was a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Do you know how to check them? Test for resistance or if they are getting voltage to them?
