BC coilover noise

Hello?
I installed BC BR type couple days ago. I like the look and ride quality. but today right front one started to clunk over bumps at low speeds only. I raised the car, nothing noticeable wrong. Any idea how to isolate sound? did any of you with coilovers experience clunking sound.

Some pictures of before before and after install.

Check to make sure that all of the collars are nice and tight. Also, make sure the spring is set in there good and not moving around.

DO I need a shorter sway bar end links perhaps? Reason I ask is I lifted the car one more time to look around, I notice that stock sway bar links are putting quite a "preload". Which adjustable sway bar endlinks do you guys suggest?

It's your spring, the 5mm preload isn't tight enough, the springs is loose and expands too much making that clunking noise, trust me, I just fixed this issue after listening to it for a few months. I put the preload 10mmR/13mmF...

Do you hear it from the front or rear? I tend to agree that it's the preload. I had that problem because I just installed it right out of the box without checking the preload in the rear, turns out I didn't have enough and it was causing a clunking sound over bumps.

Mine was the rear, I don't about the OP, I think he said front.

I installed right out of the box too. Only adjusted height. All right I will try putting more preload and see what happens. I just assumed the preload was preset and not be messed with.

You always have to set some preload even the tiniest bit. It definitely sounds like that's your issue.

03VWMAX and ChrisMan287 thank you for your input. I added 3mm preload on each front. No more noise!
Now I have another weird issue. Whenever I slow down to stop at stoplight ABS is kicking in, on dry surface. This is happenning 3 out of 4 time I come to stop. I have no CEL or ABS light.
1. Is this an ABS module or sensor problem?
2.Doesn't have anything to do with Coilover install is it?

Make sure all of the mounting bolts are torqued to spec.

Even though I didn't touch those, could the mounting bolts just come loose on their own? I will check them tonight. But in the mean time ABS engaging at almost every stop is very annoyng. Can I just pull the ABS fuse and disable the whole system?

I'm talking about the suspension bolts. They must've been touched when you installed your CO's. I didn't torque mine to spec one time (sheer laziness) and my front driver side lower bolts came loose and I had a similar feeling as if ABS was kicking in.

The fuse thing seems possible but I'm not that familiar with 6th gens.

Clunking noise after installing bc coilovers br series on 7th gen maxima

Hey guys I just installed my coilovers not to long ago I had my 20 inch rims on. Did my winter swap today and put my 18 inch rims on I now have a very loud clunking noise from the right front and the rear. Is it possible this is still related to a preload issue? I checked all my links and they are tight
any thoughts?
