My customized grill

Hey everyone so I finally decided to do something about my grill. The previous owner had painted it with rock gaurd for some odd reason painting over the Nissan sign and everything. It looked horrible. So this is the best I could get it looking without having to buy a new grill. Let me know what you think. I know it doesn't look all that great but believe me, looks a lot better then what it was before.



BTW, does it look better with, or without the chicken wire?

cut out the letters NISSAN then throw a white LED behind it attached to a black peice of plastic and shazam Iron maxima ( IRONMAN chest peice)

It would look a lot better if you painted the mesh and the rest of the grille black. Might as well, you know.

Wow! I didn't know that I'd get so many negative comments but yeah like I said I think it looks WAY better then before and I thought it was ugly at first too but it's growing on me. I'd love to opt out for the new C-Mod grill but according to Joecurr it has fitment issues so I might hold off on that. But thanks for all the input guys much appreciated!

SmaX, don't sweat it. First and foremost as long as you like it. 2nd Apparently you haven't read some of the negative feedback threads around here.

IMO most of the feedback was neutral. Take the feedback, see if you can improve it, or leave it how you like it. I give you for stepping outside the box.

I think the mesh doesn't flow with the stock grill. Without mesh it looks unfinished. Put an emblem on it and will look good!

i have a grill for my max its an 05 but i changed my mind about it, but now hubby wont let me buy the new one i want till i get rid of this one! lmk if your intersted its a fiberglass mesh grill its still in the box i havent even drilled holes! pm me on here or something

as for this one im not feeling it...

Here's an update as promised. Went to Nissan and ordered a new front sign which was only $20 and thankfully used two way tape besides the tabs to stick. Thanks for all the advice I'm glad I listened because it looks 10x better now!
