P0021 and Flywheel questions.

Is it possible that a flywheel be installed incorrectly and throw only the p0021 code?

Normally I see it throw both codes p0021 and p0011

Is it possible to bolt up a automatic flywheel to a manual clutch?

Is it possible that a 350z flywheel installed on a Maxima would throw only the 1 code?

I got this code after taking the car to a mechanic to change the clutch SES light turned on. Code reader shows p0021. Replaced IVT solenoid reset codes. Light went back on. Replaced Crankshaft sensor POS Light went back on.

Oil level is good.

Can the flywheel not being on that dowel only throw the one code? Or a wrong flywheel?

The oil level is fine. Changed the oil within the last 500 miles. Its clean.
