need help on this problem i had any Suggestion

Hey guys this morning something happened to me I was driving the car and just started the car like 10 minute’s I was coming to a stop ,I stop I felt the car pump out of gear I will hive it gas and it will move real slow so I pull over turn off the car and wait like 2 m then turn it back on and the car start working good I had this problem like more than 6 times and yes I just did my tranny in the dealer like 4 months ago what do u guys think is the problem is a new tranny I don’t understand need help and yes the check engine light is on thanks

Sounds like yet another stuck in 5th gear / failsafe problem. Need to replace your camshaft position sensors. Since you had it serviced at the dealer, go back there as dstruc suggested and have them check the code to verify what is going on.

Well in that case, you can take it to your local auto parts store and have them pull the code. You can replace the camshaft position sensors yourself, it's just one bolt and a harness per sensor. I think they cost around $50 each.
