My front license plate holder fell off. The clips or what looks like sheet rock screws broke. Im left with two holes. I'd like to put the plate holder and the license plate back on. What screws do I buy and or locking nut things. I can not find the industry term to google search on.

Goto a hardware store and get either some anchors and screws or some nuts, bolts and washers.
