First Forum post; rear deck Rattle

Hey guys im new on the forum i found some awnser on the 5th gen forum but nothing for my 6.5gen i just bought

this forum have been really helpfull and im happy to post on it for the first time

So is it a knows issue that the rear deck rattle when i listen to music? and whats the easiest way to fix it!!

ill post 2 picture of my car if you guys have any comment to do, and suggestion of what mods i should do to it!! i really want my max to look like a beast ive seen ALOT of picture on this forum and some of you did awesome job with you max

Take 8 large gorilla glue bottles tape them in a circle, place an m-80 in the middle, carefully light it and close the door. You might wanna duck too.

Problem solved.

Interesting... It worked last night when that hooker wouldn't stop making all that noise in the trunk...

ok well maybe i didnt search enough thanks alot seems like its not the deck that rattle at all but the seatbelts i have to test that

Could be rear shelf itself rattling, or seatbelt mechanism. Remove rear stop lamp, disconnect, and then insert pieces of foam or something between shelf and metal. If that does not help, you may have rattling seatbelt mechanism. You have 2 or 3 of these depending on the model (4-seater or 5-seater).
I had a noisy seatbelt mechanism in the middle that rattled everytime going over bumps, very annoying. I simply unscrewed it and threw it in a garbage, there is no seatbelt for 5th passenger n the middle of backseat anymore, which is ok with me, really.
