Left hand indicators not working
Left hand indicators not working
At all, not one. Bulbs are fine, the right hand works as it should and the hazard lights blink the dash normally but the left hand lights still don't flash.
I'm stumped and dunno where to start because I'm not sure how the maxima runs its wires. Could be a bad flasher unit, maybe a bad hazard switch, loose plug. I dunno if there is a fuse for the left had indicators, the fuse diagrams were pretty subpar and useless on my JDM import.
The flasher on the dash works fine if a little sporadic with it's flash interval, just not the lights on the outside of the car. I have no idea how that even happens

Bump, still have this problem. It's my only car right now, it's inspection is overdue because I can't pass with faulty indicators. It's dangerous, this has to be fixed. I've torn out the whole interior, all the engine bay panels a looking for fuses which apparently don't ****ing exist.
I have the FSM, going through the pages for the body control module. This thing is driving me nuts. Had no sleep all night, meant to be at a wedding but have no car. Much rage right now.

I've completely rewired the car, I have modified circuit boards, created new ones and had the entire dashboard apart.
The most important part is I won and the indicators now work. I'd like to thank nissan for using the most retarded lighting control system I've ever lay witness to and myself for being more sensible than to do it in such a stupid manner.
