04 maxima stuck in limp mode help! !!!

Hi guys im new to this site

So this last monday I bought a 04 maxima 6mt drove it home about 40 miles when the cel came on for #0300 took it to the shop and noticed it was time for some plugs I went ahead and replaced them with ngk iridims did a synthetic oil change
and started driving home about 20 miles later the car went into limp mode

The next moring drove it out to the shop now #0300&0305 so we moved the coil from cyl# to #1 and cleaned the maf car was smooth got out of limp mode with no issues I also poured a qt of "seafoam" in a half tank of gas to clean out the injectors for the next hour or so it was running fine, then next thing I know im car goes back into limp mode

so I just bought a new maf installed it today and the car is still in limping lol can anyone help me im going crazy! !!!

Why did you get the iridiums? Platinums are OEM, iridiums are overkill.

Check your codes, do you still have the misfire on cyl 5? Or on cyl 1 where you changed the coil to? If the problem follwed the coil to the new cyl, replace the coil with OEM.

There is still misfire...that's the 0300 code. Clear it and keep driving..you want to get it to pop a particular cylinder.

you clear the code with the OBD2 code reader.

You'll probably need to change all your ignition coils eventually.
Also, expect catalyst codes soon

dude, stop and think for a minute...that's what you WANT the car to do...because you want it to throw the code for what cylinder is actually misfiring! Does that make sense?

Misfires are usually caused by plugs, coils or injectors. You've replaced your plugs, so cross that off the list. How does your car idle? is it rough? Disconnect each coil one by one, and if you find that disconnecting a particular one yields no change in the idle, focus on that cylinder.

Last time in the shop it was idling fine (700/750) now its at 300/500 the car is now in the failsafe mode wont go past the 1500 rpm I let the car idle for over an hour yesterday to run some of the seafoam/gas for the injectors but im leaning toward a coil or maybe 2?? But im not quite sure since the car automaticly goes into limp or safe mode every time I start it..ive reset the ecu a few times already ive disconnected the neg terminal for over an hour to clear the ecu which it does but then it goes into limp mode..

Anyone know where I can get any cheap but good coils???

Your problem might be fuel related, try changing out the fuel filter. And as far as the ignition system goes, check the camshaft sensor and make sure the harness is plugged onto it properly and it is set with the timing properly. Also your timing could be off. Not sure how many miles you have on your car but you could have a timing issue due to worn out tensioners and/or guides.
