I would start by testing the fuel pressure. Can you give us more information on the car like the year, mileage, ETC.

well its a 2004 with 174000 miles 4 speed the car runs smooth, shifts smooth and idles smooth. i keep up with the car maintenance ive changed the transmission fluid like 10,000 miles ago the fluid is still pink ive changed the cam sensors, throttle body, maf sensor and gutted catalytic converter. it just feels like it has no power lets say if im at a red light when it turns green and i hit the gas it feels sluggish i would have to press the pedal all the way to the floor for it to get gas and speed up...how do i test the fuel pressure?
