Which Spark Plugs

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread. So I've hit 100,000 miles on my Max and I need to change the spark plugs. My question is which plugs do I use? Should i use the regular stock NGKs or something else? I've read about E3 plugs, they seem to add a couple of horses and they are suppose to give a fuller fuel burn, but will they work well in the Max? I know changing the plugs is weekend project so only want to this once. So which plugs do I use?

Welcome to the Org. Check out My6thgen.org for detailed 04-08 Maxima information. I would use the NGKs, I have had a few different sets of spack plugs. Also does everyone wait until 100k to change their plugs???

I did mine at 90k and will do again at 180k. Use what is in the car. No reason to use anything else.
