Worn seat gear?

Worn seat gear?
Hi guys,
I have an '03 Nissan Teana (mechanically similar to the Maxima/Murano). The front power seat won't go forward or back. It's making a grinding noise. All other functions work. Research leads me to believe it's a worn gear.. what do you guys think? All the other functions work as per the video below..
