08 maxima leaning to the driver side

Hi have a 2008 Maxima and the back driver side is lower than the passenger side by about 3 inches. What can cause this?

Just curious.. Y do you say the spring is good? Springs are what control your vehicles ride height. So if its low on the drivers side, that means the spring isnt doing its job.
