Has anyone had their camshaft sensor/s go bad on them without their SES light coming on? I am thinking mine are going bad but i do not have a check engine light come on and its random occurrences. Like driving out today to store and the car had a weird shift and it was stuck in 5th until we got to store, cut car off and immediately cranked up and it was back in 1st. i have done the transgo shift kit in the valve body already and its been running fine since until this new issue.

No my SES was on . I went to autozone and got the parts but my max still wasn't running right. I went to Nissan to get OE part and its been running good so far. I have a 2004 Se with 189500 miles.

I had a similiar issue. What I would recommend is to try to first flush the hydraulic lines. Try amsoil brake fluid. If the problem persists, change the clutch master.

Ok FINALLY pulled the P0340 code out of it this morning. So from what I have read people just replace both sensors from here so hopefully that will solve this issue I am having!!!!
