Does anyone know if two 10" IB subs setups in the rear deck, factory spots, has ever been done?

I'm sure they had to cut some sheet metal and probably hammer out the side walls some.

If so what equipment did you use how did it sound and would you do it again?
Any build threads?
I'm about to start a build for an IB setup and even though I have primarily researched 8s I'm interested in considering 10s.
Point me towards as much info relating to this as possible as this is my first time doing this kind of install and im currently gathering knowledge to do it properly.
Recommendations are welcomed too thanks!

I was strongly considering an IB setup, but decided to scrap the idea. While people have put 8"s without issue, it seemed like dual 10"s would require some trimming and more fabrication work than I was willing to deal with; it will definitely involve sound dampening the deck and reinforcing it with some MDF. I ended up getting two sundown shallow mount subs and building a couple of small boxes. Sounds great and have most of my trunk space available still.

Thanks for the reply. I've already read up on those, some great info in both those threads. Nismo13 also has done some good reviews, but technology has changed since then and he hasnt updated in awhile. I'm wondering if he ever tried any other brands. DD, FI, sundown, even parts express tang bangs, etc
Unfortunately I couldnt find anything with anyone trying to put tens in our decks.
