Stock 6-spoke wheels

I drive an '04 maxima, the original set of wheels has been sold, after I had aftermarket 20s on it, which have also been sold and replaced by a 4set off of either an '06 or an '07. So, I have now dented one of my wheels and am looking to buy a replacement from a junkyard. My question is, is there a slight difference in the 6 spoke year to year? I feel like the wheels I have now are ever-slightly "tighter" along the edges, slightly less bubbly. Did they change the 6 spoke wheels year to year, or is it my imagination? If these are '06s or '07s that I most recently bought a set of, am I making a mistake including 04 wheels in my search? Thanks.

Same design 04-06 18 inch, but keep in mind they are very muchhhhhhhhh similar to the 350z 18 inch rims, the 350z rims have slightly straighter spokes, also have a hole drilled in between each spoke

^^What he said...

Maxima rims: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nissan-Maxim...-/320923567465

350Z rims: http://www.google.com/imgres?q=350z+...2&tx=114&ty=79

Sorry!! I couldn't upload pics for some reason. But the middle part of each spoke on the Maxima rims kinda fan out towards the ends, as opposed to the 350z rims the middle parts go straight out. I hadn't noticed that hole between each spoke until you mentioned it maxfever.

Those 350z rims look great.

You could just have your rims refinished btw. They will epoxy the scratch and refinish.
