Sunroof won't open

On my 04 Max the sunroof won't open when I hit the slide button but it does tilt when I hit that button, what's the deal???

Do a reset something like hold the close for 3 seconds (when it's already fully closed)

I held the tilt button closed for ten seconds and it worked, thx

Mine seems to do this, & I find myself resetting it every so often.
