Lost your lights after led bulb install?

Well, i thought id share my experience with anybody in the same boat that was doing led's and lost all power... i was putting led's in my interior dome lights when all of a sudden, they all went out. and i mean all of em, door lamps, foot well, and dome lights. ended up being a fused had popped. *duh* it was a 10 amp by ur left leg, electronic device fuse. as i recall it. so if anybody was doing the led mod, and ended up losing all lighting. check that. as well as the 15 amp under the hood by the coolant reservoir. well..thats about it. my contribution to the org for today.

leds should not cause that. I would be careful that you put them in correctly. Some led replacement bulbs have only one way they can be installed otherwise they will cause problems to include draining your battery slowly. You can check this by closing your door and locking the car then looking to see if the dome lights are completely off. They will be on and very dim if installed incorrectly.
