Axle Splines & Motor Mounts

Hey everybody, I'm new to the forum and this is obviously my first post. I own a Silver 2007 Nissan Maxima SE. I bought it with 85K a year ago and now has 103K. I took my car yesterday to get two belts replaced and they said they were going to lube the axle splines as a courtesy since the car was making a "clicking" noise at take off--which I never even noticed. After they lubed them, I started hearing the clicking noise for sure at take off, and it's pretty loud/noticeable. That's not dangerous is it? What causes the clicking sound exactly?

Also, I have two broken motor mounts- passenger left side and the one located near the Radiator. The dealer wants to rape me to have those replaced.
Anyone know where to find cheap oem parts online? Thanks in advance.

Lube the axle splines because they click? Does that make sense to anyone here?

from reading the TSB, it seems to me like it's just some rust noise where the axle touches the hub, but it's got nothing to do with the actual splines.
