Hello, i have a question and i couldnt think of any better place to go to get my answers. Can a car that has an odometer discrepancy due to title misinformation, be branded a salvage title? Theres a car i got a carfax of, that has a Georgia salvage title with odometer discrepancy, but has no accident history or anything wrong with it. I thought something like that can be changed by filling out a form? Who can i contact to really find out? If i buy it for cheap because of this, can i get the salvage title off after i re-register it?
