trouble with key fob

having trouble with my key fob,have changed batt. in fob and also car battery. i have to use key at times and that does not work at times. any suggestions this is a 2007 maxima se

did you buy the fob batteries online? I had the same problem after buying batteries on ebay.

check battery voltage with a voltmeter
