Q45/6th gen hybrid brakes?

Sorry for cross-posting, but I thought there might be knowledgeable here on this subject. OK, some B15 (2000-06 Sentra) guys discovered that Q45 calipers were direct bolt on when using their original torque members and rotors. Start reading at post #14.
B15/Q45 caliper swap

What Im curious about, is will 5.5 or 6th gen rotors and torque members and Q45 calipers mate up and work on 4th gen without heavy machining? My Idea is a junkyard BBK for highway driving and filling up the 17"s on the Maximustang. Im not interested in kits, brackets or hubrings for Cobras, only junkyard parts.

If ANYONE has this combination of parts laying around, please mock it up and share results.
