Currently my front windows have the auto-up and down feature, I want to convert my rear windows to do the same thing. How hard would it be to convert the rear windows to be similar to the elite package. Would it be as simple as replacing the switches on the driver door, and the rear doors?

 

No. Besides the switches, the motors are different. They have additional circuitry in them, so you have to replace the motors also.
