My rear backup system is not working. The "off" light is showing on the on/off button. I have searched this site and online and cannot get it to give me the error codes. What do I have to do to get it to give me the codes? I've tried pressing it 13 times after turning on the ignition and get nothing. I've also checked the fuses and don't have any burnt out. Thanks.

 

It sounds like you didn't follow the self diagnostic procedure correctly, the part on starting or "entering" the diagnostic.

Here is the self diagnostic procedure. I starts on the bottom of page 66.
